I am of the opinion that a good DiD story doesn't need to have brutality, violence or even rape.
I think the entire process of binding a person can also go in a softer way, a forceful way sure but not a brutal one.

Have to give credit where it's due; it's creative how you refrain from seriously injuring the characters of your stories. Although, it is possible when you're crafty enough. It's good that you also give the abductor(s) a sense of morality in that you oppose any sexual assault. Furthermore, you prefer a non-depressive ending to your stories. It is better where the kidnapping fails, the captive(s) escapes or is rescued by a third party, or the abductor(s) lets their captive(s) go. To be honest, I'm more into the over the shoulder carry, without the kidnapping. Sorry if the last part came off as rude.
